Shipping Policy – Laiah Babywear

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through trusted third-party courier partners to ensure reliable and timely service.

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE public holidays.
Orders are dispatched twice weekly, based on courier schedules and volume of orders.
Pre-orders may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on each product page.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will begin processing the following Sunday.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within UAE: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Within UAE

  • Main cities: AED 30

  • Remote areas (including Al Wiqan, Al Qou, Al Khaznah, Al Khtam, Al Dhahrah, Bu Kirayyah, Al ‘Arad, Western Region, Al Mirfa, Al Ruways Industrial City, Al Sila’, Ghiyathi, Zayed City, Bida’ Zayed, Al Dhafra Western, Bad’ Al Mutaw’ah, Bateen Liwa): AED 50

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped within the UAE, and no customs fees normally apply.
However, any applicable taxes or government-mandated delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are provided in English and are complete and accurate.
Laiah Babywear will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Pre-Order Policy

Payment:
Full payment is required to confirm all pre-orders.

Delivery Date:
Estimated delivery dates for preorder items will be listed on the product page. These dates may change due to supplier or logistics factors.

Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted, as production or reservation may have already begun.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued if the product becomes unavailable or if there is a significant delay in delivery.
If you wish to cancel your preorder for any other reason, please contact us promptly at hello@laiah.ae.

Shipping:
Preordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for preorder items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
