Refund Policy – Laiah Babywear
Your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and comply with UAE consumer protection requirements.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or personal preference.
All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described under Section 2.
2. When a Refund Is Available
You may request a refund only if:

Damaged or Defective: the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect; or

Incorrect Item: the item received is materially different from what you ordered.
In these cases, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by UAE law.
If you choose a refund, it will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that receiving a full wrong package does not fall under “Incorrect Item” eligibility.
This might be due to a wrong shipment or a label error made by the third-party courier.
In such cases, please contact both the courier and Laiah Babywear immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Exclusions:
Refunds will not be issued for:

Sale or discounted items

Opened personal or hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments or babywear accessories)
-
Items not in their original packaging or condition, unless they qualify under the criteria above
3. No Refunds for Other Reasons
We do not offer refunds for reasons other than those stated above.
This includes, but is not limited to, changed mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction that does not fall under the categories of “damaged” or “incorrect.”
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email hello@laiah.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Method & Timelines
Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or account.
We aim to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
Once processed, the timing of the credit appearing in your account depends entirely on your payment provider.
Some banks or card issuers may take up to 45 days to complete the refund transfer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a refund under Section 2, you may place a new order once your refund is processed.
7. Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
8. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023 (Executive Regulations).
Customers have the right to request repair, replacement, or refund for defective or misdescribed goods, subject to verification.
